At the top of the tower

I took this picture from the view point at the top of the English Tower. Located at the Argentina Air Force Plaza (ex- Plaza Britania), next to the street San Martin and the Avenue Liberator, it was constructed by the British residents in the city to commemorate the centenary of the Revolution of May. It is located in the district of Retiro.
