Daily Pictures of Buenos Aires

Happy January 1st 2007!

Almost a year of posting daily pictures of Buenos Aires, more than a year that I set foot in the Argentinian capital, among all the pictures of this past year, I decided to pick the symbol of Argentina – The Tango. This posting dates back from March. We caught them performing by the Recoleta cultural center. On those words, I wish you all a happy new year!!!!

    And to Lavenderlady– This has been done in Photoshop. Upon selection of the part you want to keep in color, you inverse the selection so only the background will ‘turn’ B&W. So that your original selection remains in color. This is an easy and nice trick to do in Photoshop ;)

    Uma das minhas resoluções para 2007, talvez a maior em termos de real esforço, é ir a Buenos Aires ver um Tango ser dançado na Rua.

    Venho aqui como vício que tenho a cumprir.
    E, cada dia em que cá passo, encontro mais uma razão para me levar muito a sério em resoluções.

    Hoje saio em vénia.
