Maradona mural

Photo taken in the barrio La Boca not far from the stadium La Bombonera. Everything around the stadium is painted blue and yellow, the colors of the Boca soccer team. Maradona is (again) making the news as he is to be investigated by Fifa following his furious outburst after the World Cup victory in Uruguay on Wednesday. Anyhow, I’m happy Argentina qualified for the World Cup. Wish I could say the same for the French team *sigh*…

So what did Diego do this time? My wife and I will be in BsAs for sure for a few days in February – maybe we can catch some Boca action.
