		<description>Cuban food isn&#039;t spicy.  Savory, always, but never &quot;hot.&quot;  I&#039;ve never really seen pepper used in cooking.

What&#039;s ironic is that the hottest pepper is the habanero but Havana (La Habana) is not a place where you find 5 alarm cooking.</description>
